CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to pursue the PhD degrre in the Oceanography field. I alredy did my Masters in Brazil and I am arriving in Honolulu to study in the University of Hawaii

ABOUT ME

I am a quite interested person who question various aspects of our current reality. I am an easy going person who like to make new friends but that valorize the truth friendships (my englisgh is not good at this point). I am a sensitive person who easily can feel what other people are felling about a situation or about something.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a free minded person. I do not have a religion at all. I believe all of them have some of the good essence which we need to understabd each other and live in peace. It is a shame that few people really understand for what they are praying every sunday.
I am a Yogin apprendiz. I have been practicing yoga from about 6 months and I am really enthusistic about this new discovery. Our body, mind and spirit become a unity with this amazing practice.

Interests

I am interested in natural sciences an how to make knew knowledge available for average people like us. Making the life better for everyone, not just for people that are able to consume technology.
I am very interested in know as many as places on this amazing earth. People's differences and cultures are essential for understanding what a 'hell' we are doing here. Why we are here. What are our mission.

Music, Movies, and Books

I was a musician once in my life. I playd drums in a blues-jazz band. I was in my teens and it was a lot of fun. I like all kinds of music, from Samba, bossa-nova, reagge, rock, soul, blues, etc... I also enjoy reading and going to the movies and wacth dvds with a good company.
I recently read a book about how quantic physics is determinant in our way to see the world. The book deals with the human capacity of dominate the the emotions and thoughts. Pure crazy but very very interesting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experiece I had in my life was when dived with a research submersible ot the depth of 800 meters in the Pacific ocean in the Oahu islad. It was part of my PhD research in the University of Hawaii. It was a misture of scarring and dreaming experience. I saw an extrema calm and peaceful environment full of amazing animals (fishes, invertebrates, deep-sea corals, etc)
