I'm pretty easy going, and a little on the silly side. I don't take things too seriously unless they really are serious situations. I get very into whatever I'm doing. Whether you call it passion or stubbornness I guess depends on the situation. I love the little things in life, and living simply.

I'm into outdoor activities of all kinds at all times of the year. I like to kick back and read from time to time, and I also love listening to music of all sorts. I'm into any kind of exploring, and I love experiencing new things, often outside my comfort zone.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Stepping off the plane to Rarotonga, Cook Islands. I've never been in the tropics before, and right behind the runway were the jagged, dramatic mountains covered in lush green jungle. I was completely speechless. I couldn't compare it to anything I've seen in my life before. Another such moment was the first time I hiked up above treeline in the Adirondacks, on Algonquin peak. Despite the breathtaking view and unique alpine vegetation, what struck me the most was the smell. The air was sweet to breathe, one of the most amazing scents I can recall. I could hardly will myself to leave. I've been above treeline since then in the Adirondacks, but I've never experienced anything like that again.
