ABOUT ME

1/25/12 update: Sorry for not being online for a while life started moving pretty fast but I'm happy to be back on CF! I know it was 2 years ago since I started this profile and back then my best friend Mitch and I were just a few days away from backpacking around Europe...... AND IT WAS AWESOME! The people, food, culture everything was so new and beyond any of my expectations. We had tons of fun, learned alot (really!), and made some great people who we will never forget.  Since the last time I was one here. I am in my final semester of College, I took some time off for work. Mitch graduated last summer and is a Lientent in the US Army. He got married last month and is going to start living at a base in Germany next month! I now share a house in a town in central pennsylvnia called Bellefonte. If you wanna get together sometime or need a place to stay let me know and I'll do my best to show you a good time. Happy surfing!This Trip me and my college roommate Mitch just want to experience everything we can about the different European countries and their Cultures. We both love to travel and have been planning this trip out for the past 3 years! Were both 21, athletic, funny, and cant wait to have a good time traveling! we hope you will let us stay!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

1/26/12 update: As I am finalizing my student career I usually have a decent amount of work so my next couchsurfing trip will have to be when I get more free time. But I am more than happy to host and meet new people and have some great times. We are both college students at the moment so yes our funds are a little down ( especially after this trip). But i know that an experience like this I would one day like to pass on to my children so helping out the CS community after I graduate would be the best way to help out all the other kids like us who want to learn more about the world we live in. If your ever in State college, Pennsylvania our couch could be your couch!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

MItch- I have been to U.S. Army Airborne School. I jumped out of planes 5 times

Dan- I started being a lifeguard when i was 15 and eventually made it to pool manager when i was 19. My first year managing a small 9 year old girl was accidentally pushed under water and went unconscious and with out the help of great lifeguards who spotted her and my fast actions to start cpr i was lucky enough to revive her. I was happy to hear that after a 2 hours in the hospital she was on her way home.

Dan- I personally am a German Major and was born in Colombia so i would love to learn at least a few phrases in as many languages as possible!
