My name is Dido and I am a travelling winemaker. This means I am travelling all over the world from winery to winery to learn as much as possible about wine. In between, I work at a wine importer in Amsterdam, tasting as much wines as I possibly can ;). Next to wine, my passion is food and I love to cook and eat whenever, and wherever I can. I love to discover the local gastronomical cultures of every place I go.
