One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeingn the Hayakutaki comet was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. We, my family and a group of friends were driving through the Panemericana Sur (a highway south of lima that connects all the coast cities of Peru). We where driving in 4 cars, trying to find a spot and a sky that it wasn't cloudy and illuminated.

We found out that we had to drive off road to find the perfect spot. We were driving through the peruvian coastal desert alone, when suddenly, we realize that a line of about 500 hundred cars where behind us. REMBEMBER: this was a time when no GPS existed.

We were the guides for everyone. Finally, we found our spot. I've never seen starry sky liked that. The comet was beautiful.

What else? Oh! I've saved 3 people from the sea.
