Sobre mí
CURRENT MISSION
Experience life. Drink & be merry. & Give it your all.
ABOUT ME
I come from a very large, wacky family of nine children. Growing up with four brothers and four sisters has made me a tolerant person who is used to about 4 million different personalities (as some siblings seem to have more than one) all jam packed into one small space.
Some of my personalities include: the sensitive one; the activist; the dancing queen; the caregiver; and the extrovert.
I don't have money, I never have, and I probably never will. I am completely fine with that. I just want to be able to touch a life here and there while having a ton of fun along the way!
I graduated from the University of Michigan in December of 2008 and I already think my brain is shrinking. I think I'm meant to be a professional student. If I stay with you, please teach me something new!

Música, películas y libros
I really enjoy Wes Anderson films and movies that make me think a little, like Vanilla Sky.
As far as music is concerned, I often find myself listening to female folk singers, electronica, and indie music. Some of my favorites are: Juliana Hatfield, Patty Griffin, Rilo Kiley, M83, Stars, Sufjan Stevens, Yelle...
I love to read social commentary; Chuck Klosterman and Kurt Vonnegut are great. I also enjoy reading books related to counseling. I just got 101 Favorite Play Therapy Techniques by Charles Schaefer; it's pretty darn good.
Algo increíble que he hecho
I volunteered as a migrant mentor for a wonderful family with two kids. In the process of my mentoring, these children taught me more than I could ever teach them. At the ages of five and six, my mentees have experienced poverty, adversity, and oppression on a deeper level than I could ever imagine. They are my heroes.
