Overview
About Me
Hello! I’m Dilshad, living in beautiful Baku. I live alone and love connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I enjoy deep conversations, sharing stories over tea, and learning from others’ experiences.
I can host female travelers only, as I feel more comfortable that way. If I’m available, I’d also be happy to show you around Baku or give you some local tips — especially about culture, hidden spots, and traditional food!
Please note that I have two lovely little cats at home 🐾 — they are part of my life, so it’s important for guests to be okay with animals.
I hope to travel the world one day and experience the same kindness I try to offer here 🦋
Looking forward to meeting kind, open-minded souls from all around the world 💛
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe the best way to explore the world is through its people. I love meaningful conversations, cultural exchange, and discovering everyday life beyond tourist spots. Hosting or meeting fellow travelers allows me to connect on a deeper level, share stories, and experience the beauty of human connection. 😇
Interests
I’m deeply interested in spirituality, personal growth, psychology, and conscious living. I love reading thought-provoking books, having deep conversations about life and human nature, and exploring different worldviews.
I’m also passionate about healing music, nature walks, cozy cafés, and sharing peaceful moments with animals — especially my two cats!
I enjoy discovering new cultures, trying local foods, and finding beauty in everyday simplicity. One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world slowly and meaningfully. 🌍🌿

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy a variety of music genres, especially rock, sound healing music, and classical compositions — each brings a unique vibe and energy to my day.
In terms of books, I find great inspiration in the works of Eckhart Tolle and Carl Jung, whose teachings deepen my understanding of the mind and spirit.
One of my favorite movies is Eat Pray Love, which beautifully explores self-discovery and life’s meaningful journeys.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I’ve done is going beyond the limits of my own mind — questioning deeply rooted beliefs, letting go of fear-based thinking, and choosing to live more consciously and freely. This inner journey helped me reconnect with my true self and see life from a more peaceful, loving perspective. It’s an ongoing process, but it has completely transformed the way I experience the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my time, deep conversations, and positive energy. I’m always open to meaningful exchange — whether it’s about life experiences, culture, or just a simple chat over tea. I’d be happy to cook something together or help out at home if needed.
I truly value kindness, respect, and connection — and I always try to leave a place better than I found it 🦋
