ABOUT ME

I guess I am for the most part a function of my surrounding. I am laid-back at work, yet borderline obnoxious when playing football. I am quite adventurous (or at least I once was, and hope to rediscover that again). I am not as funny as I'd like to be, and I find others funnier than they think they are. I like happy people. Happy, Kind, easily excitable people make me happy. The more of them there are around me, the better I feel. I don't take myself too seriously, and I am at peace on the dance floor.

Interesses

Books: I like anything that deals with the brain, psychology, behavior, the mind, happiness, and the like- Tipping Point, Blink, Outlier, Stumbling on Happiness, the Happiness hypothesis, Paradox of choice, Flow, Black Swan, and How we make choices are some of my favorite nonfiction books. As for fiction, I've enjoyed books given too me by others Shalimar the Clown, and Gods of Small Things, are 2 of my favorites. I like teamsports. My sport of choice is Football (or soccer in America). I like watching, coaching, but most especially playing it. I like other team sports too, not so much baseball, but the others (basketball, American Football and Hockey)I can watch. Movies: Some of my favorites include: Love Actually, Royal Tenenbaums, Small time Crooks, The Great Debaters, The Gods must be Crazy, No Man's Land, Pretty Village Pretty Flames, Snake in the Monkey's shaddow, Meals on Wheels, District 9.
