I love sharing my city with people, and I love meeting other locals when I travel.
I'm a producer for a Travel Channel series -- I travel about every 6 weeks for work (most recently: Croatia and Japan), but also try to fit in at least one or two personal trips per year. Next trips: Finland for work, then Ecuador for vacation.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Brand new here -- been meaning to get involved for some time!Happy to host people in my place in NYC... and would love to meet people for a bite or coffee or a cerveza in Guayaquil or Montanita in January.
I met a really cool guy in Colombia a few years ago -- he was about two months into his travels, and had couch surfed almost the entire time. I thought this was a fabulous way to get to meet locals... as well as share your own city with someone.
Rollerblading, biking (I have an extra bike you can borrow -- it's a great way to see the city), salsa dancing, exploring the many hidden food spots of NYC.And travel, naturally.
