make the most of my life
A student in Exeter now, trying to do as much as possible. Haven't done much travelling around the world. Would like to go to most of the European countries first and then, maybe next summer, to India. To see something waaay different.
I love books. Could read them all the time and never get bored (if that's a good book). However, still have to do loads apart from reading.
I love people. I could listen and talk to them for ages. So definitely enjoying the experience of working in a tea bar this year where I could speak with my customers if it is not very busy (most of the time)
I find all the languages fascinating. Cant speak many of them now but still hoping to learn lots of them.
I love tea. Making it, drinking it, sharing it.
Life has a lot worse sides than we know. Bad exam results, terrible movies, computer errors, tasteless pie and silly haircut are not the worst things in our lives so we should enjoy it all! We can always make our lives better instead of moaning and complaining:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Havent done much yet, just keep advertising CS project and telling my friends all about it. Although, havent experienced it yet.
None, I haven't tried it before but I've heard from my friends that CS is truly interesting and enjoyable so I hope to meet as many new people and different personalities as I can.
Music, traveling, vegetarian cuisine, crafts, documentaries, independent movies, theatre, concerts, gigs. BOOKS. Interesting and different people. The ones who try to look at usual things from a different point of view.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies. My favourites. "Life is beautiful", "An Education"
Music music music. How could I live without it? I love Tom Waits, Regina Spektor, Nick Cave, Lykke Li, Stereophonics, Bullet for my Valentine, The Kooks, The Beatles and all the 60s music. I just love french music. Although I don't understand a word.
I read loads of books. It gives a period of time to dream, live somewhere else, see some magic and lots of happy endings. My favorites are : Jack London "The Valley of the Moon", Emily Bronte "Wuthering heights".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed up the Snowdon mountain! Next one will be a bigger one!
