Be active , eat healthy, do interesting sports to work on your condition. If you're healthy and full of energy you can spend time with people, make dreams comes true, work and create life around to change it for the better.

I think , travelling is a good way to expand soul and mind. Meeting people, new cultures and new places give us a chance for this.
