I am a 32 year old single mom with a BS degree in Anthropology and History. I plan to attend graduate school within the next two years to pursue a PhD in Nautical Archaeology!

I am new to Couch Surfing - so I am just learning about the community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only couch surfed with friends and family.

Books: Jane Austen novels, Sookie Stackhouse Vampire novels, Twilight series, Inkheart, etc.
Music: Reggae, Country and Pop

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I lived in NYC during 9/11. I have lived through the hurricane seasons from 2004-2008 in Florida and the Gulf Coast region and seen the destruction and heartache that follows a natural disaster. This is why I want to travel more than own objects. The memories can be carried on after every disaster!

I really want to learn another language other than English. I have tried classes with little success - but want to try emersion...I would love to share my knowledge of SCUBA and Costume History!
