Yes, I am actually 40. Right now I'm coming up on the end of a year-long trip around the world and will be spending my last month abroad in Spain...which I can't wait for!

Back home I'm a web designer who spends his spare time learning to make electronic music, remodeling houses, and making feasts with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is the best place to learn about what it's like to actually live somewhere. I'd much rather eat at a local small restaurant serving local food than anything recommended on Trip Advisor. Couchsurfing is the best place to find people who share that perspective.

Also, I love sharing travel stories with other travelers over a bottle of wine.

Interests

For me, food is one of the best ways to learn about an area so I LOVE eating new food. Along the way I've been collecting recipes from around the world and would love to trade if you've got any to share! Oh, and wine. I love wine.

Over the last few years, I've been learning how to make electronic dance music. I'm nowhere near where I want to be but I've learned a ton and would love to talk music if you're interested as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode a motorcycle for 2.5 months from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi and then around the mountains of northern Vietnam. That was incredible!
