Meet others, give a little som'n, receive a little som'n
I used to help coordinate an exchange program between CA and France. I love to travel... love languages, cultures, and people!!! I'm pretty easy going. I love trying new things, new foods, new places, etc... but nothing compares to just getting to know people. I am Administrator for a free mobile medical clinic (soon adding dental), and I do disaster planning as a consultant for medical and health projects.
Don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted several times, and I've couch-surfed in France and in Mexico.
I have hosted French visitors several times. I love introducing people to new experiences and parts of California, such as: California Wines, Gold Country, Yosemite, brownies, peanut butter, and Jello!
JESUS, foreign languages, travel, food, good movies, good books, good friends... and coffee!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in Lake Tahoe for four years, and I thought there couldn't be such a beautiful place in the world, until I visited Lac Annecy in the Haute Savoie region of France. Incredible!!
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy learning new languages, and new cultures, trying new foods, etc. I enjoy helping others learn new things too, such as American foods and traditions for the first time... or tutoring English or Spanish.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Peru, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
