Yoga became a part of my life after years of racing motorcycles and auto accidents took their toll on my body. After years of practice and study I attended the comprehensive program of yoga teacher training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 1998. I have been teaching regularly for 18 years and have restored my body through more injuries than the average person would ever experience. My classes are for everyone, the experienced and those new to the practice. I continue to teach and train throughout the world.

I used couchsurfing while traveling and now that I am settled on Maui I will use it to help others enjoy their travels.
