HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I originally signed up the other day to find a host in Seattle for a few days, but after reading through the profiles, and watching the CS intro video, it has already re-inspired me to start traveling again.
And, once I get established in Seattle, I'm looking forward to hosting some surfers, as well!

Música, películas y libros
MOVIES:
It's easier to list genres than specific movies; my tastes are quite broad. Clearly, as a guy, I love a good action / adventure movie, but I'm also into a wide variety of comedies (I'm a huge fan of British comedy and sardonic humor), political parodies, and any educational movie / tutorial series I can find.
MUSIC:
Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Dave Matthews, Rehab, Sublime, The Doors, The Beatles, Grateful Dead, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, and so much more. I pretty much like any style of music as long as I can understand the words. :D
BOOKS:
The Mahabharata, The Vedas, The Sutras, The Book of Secrets by Osho, The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris, The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris... And, quite a few others. I'm a big fan of anything informational.
Algo increíble que he hecho
One of my favorite experiences was sitting on 4 Mile beach in Hilo, Hawai'i in early February (2007).
It was probably mid-80's out and I was wearing shorts, drinking a beer, with a blunt in hand, surrounded by great company. I looked up at the top of Mauna Kea and noticed that it was covered in snow. Instantly, I was reminded that my friends and family back home were dealing with 4' snow drifts.
Aha! Thank God I'm not in Kansa... Er, Illinois anymore! :D
