Join Couchsurfing to see Evelien and Remko’s full profile. It’s free!
We are both rather quite people.
We like trying out new things ("try before you die").
We are both IT'ers, so our house contains some IT stuff (domotica) :)
Helping people out is something that we like doing, although we must remind ourselves that it must be 2-way instead of just giving and never receiving..
We like to help people, thinking it's a sort of 'pay it forward', although you never know of course..
If we get something in return, being personal and try to look beyond 'easy' presents (e.g. a bottle of wine) is appreciated A LOT :-)
Think about something we don't have here in The Netherlands, something typical for your country! A good meal is appreciated too :)
For us CouchSurfing is a way to discover cultures by bringing them (through you) to us, instead of going to countries.
No, we don't travel a lot. Evelien is homesick quite easy.
