CURRENT MISSION

Currently I'm hoping to spend a year in France meeting new people and perfecting my French

ABOUT ME

Music is what I spend most of my time doing/thinking about. I play piano and sax and love many different genres. I guess Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Soul, Classical and a small dose of rock would be the genres I listen to most. Obviously this gives little insight into any actual artists that I like but I'll save that for the Music section.

Apart from music, I'm very interested in French language and culture. I'm hoping to perfect my French and become fully fluent in the coming year. I love the French cinema and would also like to learn to cook some nice dishes, from a variety of countries. These are all things I guess I'm hoping to achieve during my time in France.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not religious at all, I'd describe myself as Atheist. I make every effort to be honest, polite and nice to others not because of any religious convictions but because it's the right thing to do!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'll be moving to Nantes in France soon and am hoping to make some French friends there and have a good time. I haven't couchsurfed before but two friends of mine have done so and have had great experiences.

I've already mentioned music (listening, playing, writting). Apart from this I enjoy following Gaelic Football and Hurling. I also enjoy watching TV series (Breaking Bad, Seinfeld are the two I currently follow). I love going out for drinks with friends and having a good time
