I travel a fair amount and don't enjoy hotels for the most part, especially when traveling on my own. I am a conservation biologist with interests in community-based conservation, animal behavior, bird and coral reef conservation. I love music, playing fiddle and guitar and singing, learning about new cultures, wilderness back-packing, any outdoors activities like birding, hiking, biking, ocean and lake swimming, etc.
