About Me

Travel and get to know as many people with good intentions and cultures as I can

I'm helpful, kind, talkative. I like to get to know people and share interests. I also love learning new languages, seeing new places, tasting new food and beverages and making music!

Everything has a reasonable explanation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I try to travel in every tiny opportunity that I get, and I love to meet locals in everywhere I go so couchsurfing is the best way to do it! ı am ready to host everyone coming to İstanbul, but please note that I live in very suburbs of the city (Kurtköy)

I am new around here so I have not much experience.. I was hosted by Alican in Paris for New Year's Eve in 2013 which was quite amusing!

I love exploring new places finding out their histories and symbolization, and tasting different food. I like to get to know about new cultures, it helps me discover my own culture and gives me the ability look to the things from a whole new perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love every kind of music that pleases me at a moment including rock, rock'n'roll, classical, jazz, blues, latin, sometimes even rap & hip hop.
Movies: Fight Club, Into the Wild, the Prestige, Eyes Wide Shut, Pulp Fiction, Inception, The Count of Monte Cristo, Interstellar, Forrest Gump, Big Fish, Wall-E, Up, Pirates of the Carribean...
Books: Action or Fiction books, works of Stephen King, Tolkien, Grange, Douglas Adams..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I have done anything ever too amazing since I spent my most of the time in Kosovo which is a pretty small country, but going to Santana's concert in Skopje was pretty awesome.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach anyone about the mixed up situation in Balkans, our culture, the way people live around here how they get their lives and so on; I can also teach about the life in Turkey: How it looks like to a foreigner and how it actually is, for both big cities and smaller ones. I'd like to learn the same for cultures other than mine. I'd like to learn new languages and I think I am pretty capable of it.

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, Kosovo, Turkey
