I love to travel the world and meet new people. Whenever I go places, I like to live like a local, and find out about what they do. Sure, I enjoy going to tourist attractions, but I've found the best experiences are those unplanned. For example, when I was in Croatia I was told by a local to rent a bike and ride up a trail he pointed out. I ended up riding alongside a 400ft tall cliff overlooking the Adriatic Sea... no guard rails. It was incredible! I'm hoping Couchsurfing can help me meet these type of locals willing to share with me their city's secrets.
