About Me

ABOUT ME

Coffee in the morning, a glass of wine at night, and full speed ahead in between. But I do like smelling roses, too.

PHILOSOPHY

um......we'll discuss that over coffee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I sleep on your couch, you sleep on mine! And maybe we share some insightful ideas about life, or direct someone on their travel, or share a laugh, or some food (I love to cook and to try new foods!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Brand new to this. Sounds perfect. In a few months, I'll have a couch (or room or two) to offer.

Interests

This list quickly became too long. So I've decided to list the things that DON'T interest me (I only have 4):

1) Mainstream organized ball sports (football, baseball, etc.)

2) Country music (though a concert of any genre is usually fun)

3) Conspiracy theories (although probably most of them are true)

4) Football - US style (so uninteresting it's worth mentioning twice)

That's it. I'm interested in everything else in the world; especially learning how and why people do what they do (huge reason for traveling), music, civil engineering, eating everything, and ........

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not that long ago, I was (unbeknownst to me at the time) officially the honored guest at a royal wedding in Nepal. 1500 people mistook me for the prince of Nepal and a comedy of errors ensued. A story worth revisiting over more coffee (or chai tea).

Teach, Learn, Share

Carpentry! From detailed finish work to rough framing and most things in between.

Baking. Let's make some dough!
