I am a young Gambian who is opened hearted and down to earth, in terms of humanity. So humble and respect all races. I really have good intentions for those who are ready to visit my country. I will take my guest out to see and experience some of the most interesting and historical parts of my country, The Gambia. I am ready to show out to my guests, my culture and other cultural activities here too. Also interested in the full time care protection of my guests.

I spent twelve years in schools from 1994 to 2006. Since then, I could not be able to go back to school again because my financial status was in a critical condition. So I decided to have my own skills that can i take care of my life with. I started working as a bricklayer.
I also Host some friends from outside the Gambia, to many interesting and historical places in my country. Also make arrangements for cultural group dancing, to entertain my guests.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to meet very nice people---- who will like to see the small Gambia, as the smiling cost of Africa. And to experience a lot from them too.

Interests

Meeting new friends worldwide.
Interested in sports (soccer), and the protection of lives against danger. Children are my best friends too.

My aim is to build a strong relationship here on couchsurfing, to be able to Host and surf with good people around the world. I don't think I can travel out to meet friends outside my country due to my financial status, but can Host any good friend who want to visit my country for experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all kind of music but Reggae Dancehall is my favorite. I listen to music constantly and love any thing that sounds good. I love reading my old school books. My favorite movie is ''Let It Shine'', an American movie acted by some American rappers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went out with some friends to visit the crocodile pool in Bakou, the Gambia. We found some crocodiles outside the pool and saw some visitors touching them and taking photos with them without attacking or running away from them. I also did and took some photos with them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will teach and share anything positive that I know about my culture, other cultures and historical events that took place here in my country. I want to learn from friends too, about their countries, cultures, and to know how to speak different kind of languages around the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer tranport for all but am not stable in finance to do the oiling and the fueling.
Can also offer a mattress and a pillow for all my guests and sometimes sleep there too.
