Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

When traveling its very easy to stay in something like a "travel bubble" and in a lot of cases you don't even notice it, I think that to get a more profound, meaningful and real experience of a culture, the best thing that you can do is to stay with a local, I mean, what can be better than meeting with someone willing to share their culture and to learn from a different one?

Music? Mostly old rock stuff, Pink Floyd, the Who, Viktor Tsoi, The Beatles, Oasis, ACDC, etc... and more recent music as, the Killers, Artic Monkeys, Tame Impala, Cage the Elephant as well as classical music, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Chopin, etc

Movies like Donnie Darko, Memento, The Sixth Sense, The Others, The Prestige, Mr. Nobody, etc.

Writers maybe? Dostoyevsky, Lermontov, Tolstoy, Pushkin, Orwell, Huxley, Kafka, Hesse, Kapuscinski, Borges, Bulgakov, Doyle, Wilde, Carrol, Kundera, Camus, Sartre, Nietzsche.....so far my favorite book being The Brothers Karamazov

Ah, it's hard to choose, but I think the main one and the one that has led me to experience most of them was moving to study in Germany and start all over again
