ABOUT ME

Happy, adventurous, slightly nerd'ish ;) young woman. Looking forward amazingly to swap biomed labwork for a three week Vespa trip from Alessandria along the Ligurian coast towards Florence, and back through to mainland to Milan.

Interests

Work & studies filled big parts of my live (just finished PhD) and besides that I enjoy cycling, swimming, sailing, indoor climbing and music/theatre with my friends. Experiences abroad were restricted to weekends and summer holidays, but I have the pleasure to share a laboratory with scientists from all over the world. Before starting a new job in health care, I'm looking forward to travel Italy by Vespa, lay back and meet friends in Florence.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first 100 km Vespa trip in The Netherlands last week :) I love my vehicle!
Roadtripping Cuba was great, and summer weekends on a sailing boat with close friends are definitely among the all time favorites..
