My name is Edson Camacho. I am 23 years old from Tijuana, Mexico but have resided in San Diego since I was 3. I recently moved to Northridge (The Valley in Los Angeles) to continue school. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel. Been to Mexico (multiple times), UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium. Stayed in hostels and loved meeting new people. I couchsurfed while in Portland a couple years ago and it changed my perspective on traveling. The closeness you can achieve with a complete stranger is amazing. I hope when I have my own place I can contribute better to this community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I pretty much enjoy any kind of music, just not country I don't know why. Fav bands include RHCP, Artic Monkeys, Oasis, The Beatles. I like to watch movies but I don't really have a favorite one. Love to read sports books and any kind of non-fiction. Zlatan's bio is one of my favs, Tuesdays with Morrie is my favorite book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

May not be amazing for anyone else but I find it amazing that I travel by myself sometimes. Exploring a new city with just yourself makes you step out of your comfort zone, something I rarely do.
