ABOUT ME

Hello everyone! My name is Edward.

I have many interests and have taken up traveling during my summers. I have lived in a few places (mostly in Europe: Northern Italy, South of Germany, and Spain). I love taking life to a different part of the world and immersing myself in the culture. I will be traveling this summer again, and hope to meet new people and explore new cultures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I usually am pretty sufficient when traveling, but in the instance that I'm traveling alone I'd like to make a local friend. I think CS is perfect for getting to know a place AND it's locals. I would love to share experiences and have an authentic experience.

Interests

I travel frequently and believe the best way to go through a country is to eat your way through:)

I also am a good cook. I can create a pretty good meal whether it be a ten course Chinese banquet to Cajun Faire to country French. I'm not trained but have spent a lot of time in the kitchen. I'd love to cook you a meal!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in middle school, I went to Nagasaki Prefecture via a cruise from Shanghai. We went to a beach where the sand was heated by geo-thermal activity. The day was dark and rainy, but I just remember enjoying myself covered in the warm sand, listening to the ocean and the thunder.

I'm a pretty good conversationalist and can tell you about my adventures around the world. I'm respectful and can sustain myself. I'm here to meet good people!
