I love adventure and travel. I work at a ski resort half the year and the other half I love to get out to play and explore new places and activities. I'm open to life and all it has to offer. It does my soul good to know there are people out there who welcome strangers, who hopefully become friends, into their life. I feel like life is a gift and I try to live that way. Every morning I wake up thankful and excited about what fun awaits me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Myself, my husband and my brother are backpacking in Hawaii this summer for a couple months and we wanted to leave the option of couchsurfing open. It seems like a great adventure to meet new and interesting people who are open to extending their life and home to others they don't know. I think it says something wonderful about them! We live in the beautiful mountains for North Carolina and have a guest house that is vacant much of the year, so I'm also interested in becoming a couchsurfing host after our trip.
