About Me

Research the life, before it researches me...

What shall I say?

I'm not new here, I am closed minded, I don't like traveling and dislike meeting new people.

Also, I'm blunt, passionate, eccentric. Composed, yet silly. Liberal, yet conservative. My passport says I am Bosnian, so I am a cartoon character, half-vegetarian, that loves to write and spread poetry and fairy tales around the world.

I am intelligent, not clever, and can hold a conversation for more than two minutes. Sometimes I would like to think of myself as a genius, meanwhile I might be an idiot instead! Also I am constantly provocative and restless.

I'm definitely in love with unconventional people, clothes, behaviors, situations and places. I also enjoy sipping drinks for hours in quiet cafes, open air parties, theater, long walks in the nature, hitchhiking, books... and above all - going where my kind has never gone before!

My life is a suicide mission, and one day I will accomplish it.

May the poetry save us all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I cut all my guests in little pieces and put them in my freezer. So, if you don't have good meat, don't ask for a couch. Scared? Don't ask for couch!

Seriously, I travel and host as much as I can with my busy work schedule. I try my best to get to know people. I rarely turn down a request, unless the person seems to be a sucker for sweetness and wants to marry me and move in for good.

I really try to be an active member in this community, as well as my community at home.

Also, I sell on eBay all the things forgotten at my place by my guests.

Aside from endlessly washing surfer's socks and cooking for them, I actually get to know them a little. It turns out they have all ended up as my friends. Only God knows why.

I love hosting couchsurfers. In the first place, I get to travel the world without leaving my apartment. In the second, my apartment just doesn't feel full now unless someone is staying with me. I have met so many incredible people through CS and always look forward to meeting more.

Every time I meet a new, fantastic friend through CS, I think there is still hope in the world.

I am interested by a plurality of things. From fitness to extreme sports to art & culture. Theater, poetry, books, long walks in the nature, jazz and experimental music, chess...

Oh, also traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm on my way to get familiar with movies, but definitely not typical Hollywood crap.

Music is nostalgic for me. Brings me back and reminds me of life thus far. I like to listen to all genre of music, but I prefer jazz, indie & experimental music. In fact you can expect to listen divine music when you are at my place, or I'm surfing yours.

I'm a real bookworm. I use to read a lot and everything, mostly preferring essays and classics.
