ABOUT ME

I am an extremely fun-loving, adventurous, spontaneous guy with a huge love of friends, family, and community.

Like all human beings, I am a long series of contradictions. I am an intellectual who loves nothing more than a dirty joke. While trying to live a healthy, active lifestyle, I still enjoy nothing more than a juicy cheeseburger and fries, eaten from the comfort of my own couch. While I am incredibly social and gregarious, I still need plenty of alone time and can easily entertain myself for days on end. I try not to take life too seriously, yet tear up watching a television ad for insurance. The list goes on and on...

Right now I am about to depart on an adventure to explore the American Northwest. Starting on a small island in the Puget Sound, where I will be tending a one-acre organic garden for six weeks, I plan to work my way down to San Diego along the coast, stopping to see friends, family, and work and live on farms!

Nothing cures a problem better than dancing your ass off.

I try to find the 'silver lining' of a bad situation. Everyone experiences trials and tragedy in life, but it will always bring you to a new and hopefully better place.

Everyone creates their own reality. We can control our own emotions and perceptions, as long as we are aware of them. Don't let a situation control your mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Experienced a priceless year with my father during the last year of his life.

Road a camel after walking through a true bazaar in Morocco.

Directed a full-length play. Talk about STRESS!

Seeing the incredible strength and love of people enduring chemotherapy at a cancer center I used to work.

A week of Mardis Gras in New Orleans with my bestest of best friends.
