ABOUT ME

I am a stand up comedian. I like quick wit, talent, fun, kindness and I have incredible table manners. I am multi-lingual (I am British, but speak fluent French and was born in Romania, that's why I look like a vampire from a bad film) nice smelling hair, good hands, an arse that just won't quit. That last bit might not be true. I am a massive foodie, and I balance that out by being a massive exercise addict. I am always trying to hone my skills as a performer, meet new people and have a laugh.

Interests

I am a stand-up comedian, so I love watching and writing comedy. When a gig goes well, it's one the best feelings ever. When they don't, I learn from that and makes me better. There is nothing like the sound of silence at a gig telling you you are not doing well! That genuinely excites me. I love blues music, I love Thai boxing and stunt horse riding. I did a law degree then trained as an actress. I used to work as a legal interpreter, now I write and perform comedy and changing careers (twice), hopefully makes me a rounded person with things to say and interesting interests. I love learning languages, I speak 3, but I'm trying to learn Spanish and Japanese. I can also do a headstand for a really long time (2 minutes).. I also volunteer for a children's charity which is one of my favourite things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First moment: 5 am in the South island of New Zealand in between Mt Cook and Mt Tasman. Truly one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen.
second moment: My first stand-up gig ever going really well. I was stunned and very surprised.
