I just graduated last summer with my degree in music performance from a college in Pennsylvania. Someday I plan on returning to grad school to pursue my degree in music therapy. Right now, I work about 50 hours a week. I split my time between my job working with children with special needs, and teaching private music lessons from my home. I also volunteer with hospice making people's last wishes happen. I am a pretty easy-going person, I am shy though, so please forgive me if I am not very talkative at first. :)

I am on couchsurfing because I love traveling and learning about new cultures. I am an open-minded person. I enjoy talking to people about their different views on life.

I really enjoy music, my favorite genre is jazz. I play piano, saxophone, and sing. I have a wide variety of instruments at my house including guitar, accordian, clarinet, flute. I love to have jam sessions! I also enjoy learning new languages and reading.

My favorite music is jazz and classical. I enjoy comedic/satirical movies, as well as shows like Game of Thrones and Dexter. I like to read books that increase my knowledge, but I also like to read fantasy/sci-fi books.

In both high school and college I was able to travel to Europe on music tours. It sparked a love of traveling in me, and I would love to go back!
