ABOUT ME

I grew up living in a small community in the woods. We lived with seven other families on a large piece of property. I would spend every day playing in the creek and running around in the woods. When I graduated I moved to San Diego for school where I tried to find my purpose. Years later I moved to Santa Cruz where I graduated from the University of Santa Cruz. This is where I found my passion for learning about the environment and how ecosystems work with each other. I also realized my passion for sharing my knowledge with kids about the environment. I hope in the future I will be able to do this as a career.

This will be my first time using couch surfing however, I am very excited to become involved.

I have no stories of my own but I have heard of great experiences from friends.

I like riding bikes, swimming in the ocean, dancing, crafting, cooking (which I totally love doing for people), snowboarding, meeting new and interesting people, and experiencing new places.

I have been to Burning Man twice and if you have never heard of it look it up and you will understand how amazing this place is.

I can teach others how to live a more sustainable lifestyle. One way I can do this is by teaching others how to "upcycle" which is a technique for taking useless objects and creating something new by using an artistic touch.
