ABOUT ME

I escaped from Cubeville in 2005. No cubicle can hold me now. I just want to make friends and nurture my creative spirit. I don't drink or smoke because I just never got the taste for either.

Life's too short to do what is expected of you, so pursue your dreams and know that there is always hope.

PHILOSOPHY

Albert Einstein said, "Everybody is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, then it will live its whole life believing it is stupid." It is fundamental to me never to define someone by their shortcomings.

What I'd really like to find is a place I feel I can settle. I'm getting more settled as to who I am, so maybe it will come.

I haven't started yet. When I'm back in the UK, I'll get my verification! NOTE: CS won't let me change my address to Crete; every time I try it just tells me that "something went wrong". Sorry I couldn't update!

兴趣

I love writing (when the mood takes me), kendama, a little bit of chess, reading, music and making my crappy little YouTube videos, although I am now working with a friend of mine in Las Vegas on his own film studio, DoorknobstudioS.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Woke up one morning, thinking about another dreary day at the office. But before I could even get out of bed, an epiphany hit me. Two months later, I'd saved enough money to go to Canada for six months. Haven't had a conventional life since. As a result, I have written two books (if I ever finish, which I will).

I play and teach the Japanese skill toy called Kendama (sort of a cup and ball thing, but much more). I can officially give gradings up to 1st Dan level (hoping to get my 2nd Dan soon!) I have also taught chess for beginners and how to solve Rubik's cube. I have a ridiculous amount of general knowledge - not sure how useful that is, but I think it's neat.
