In particular cinema from East Europe (Romania : absolutely !), silent and independent cinemas, documentary.
Some movies I particularly like : Eastern Plays, by Kamen Kalev ; Lisbon Story, by Wim Wenders ; Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, by Jacques Demy.
Some directors : Fatih Akin, Otar Iosseliani, Yasujiro Ozu.

Music ? Django Reinhardt, Georges Brassens, Bernard Lavilliers, Cesária Évora, Sérgio Godinho, António Zambujo, Ana Moura... nomeadamente. Gipsy music, jazz (old jazz, swing), and east european, indian, african and latinamerican musics. Fado, rock, etc etc. A lot in fact!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I helped a friend to give birth in the hospital (the midwives were in other rooms)...

Having the friends I have (extraordinary people!) and meeting the people I met (de belles rencontres souvent, parfois fugaces, mais toujours riches pour le cheminement de l'âme).

Vivre deux mois en forêt, en Amazonie.

Suivre les chemins de l'Ayahuasca.

Well... I can teach some really simple and good recipes, and other things for sure!
