ABOUT ME

If you look at me you'll first take note of how short and tiny I am; this allows me to curl up into an inconspicuous ball like a cat. Incidentally, I also like cats...

Languages tickle my heart. I speak English, Spanish, Italian, and a bit of Catalan and French. Or we could just communicate without words...

I have an obsession with the Argentine accent as well as Argentina. It is the most beautiful sound in the world.

I love foreign films (Almodovar is my favorite director!) as well as going to museums, tango, salsa, concerts, theater, or simply just walking around.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My idea of heaven on earth (as experienced this past February in Buenos Aires, Argentina): dancing tango at a cozy, open-aired milonga with live performers (instruments: bass, bandoneon, piano, and voice). And a cat wandering about!

Being handed a bouquet of just-arranged shrubs by a complete stranger who noticed i was down in St Feliu de Guixols outside of Barcelona...

Being offered mate and drinking it with complete strangers in Mendoza and Misiones

i will feel pretentious and snobby if i fill this out. suffice to say that being willing to let a complete stranger crash on your couch or just walking about with them in a city is on it's own a teach/learn/share experience
