ABOUT ME

Halfway through this year, I decided it was time to make some major changes in my life. So in June, I left the security of full-time employment, moved out of my house in Melbourne, Australia and flew to the US in search of new adventures. I've been to San Francisco, Portland, New York and rural Texas; road-tripped from Charlotte, NC to New Orleans, LA; and right now I'm in Austin, TX working out what to do next...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am yet to CouchSurf, but I've had wonderful experiences with AirBnB (which I guess is sort-of similar?) I love meeting new people, and I figure that's something that CouchSurfers will share :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best travel memories were made in national parks... A trip through New Zealand with one of my best friends in our early 20s; hiking through Chile's Torres del Paine; jumping off a cliff into Crater Lake in Oregon -- just thinking about the above makes me happy :)
