ABOUT ME

We are a fun-loving sociable couple (both 25) We like meeting new people, travelling to new places, good food, couple of cheeky drinks here and there, animals and sport (Josh loves f1 and played Aussie rules in London). We've both worked in London for the past couple of years but got a bit bored of the daily grind so have given up our jobs to travel the world. We are spending a month in Malaysia and then heading down under on a 1 year working visa. We are hoping to travel the whole of the east coast and work in Melbourne. Who knows.. If we like it we might stay longer than a year. Whilst we've got our backpacks on we are also hoping to travel to Fiji, north and South America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We will be surfing for the next few months but hope to offer a couch in London when we get back there after our travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We haven't couch surfed before but have heard great things from family and friends who have tried it. Excited to experience it and meet new people.

Interests

Good food, travelling and trying new things, meeting new people, bbqs, wine, sports events (em likes running and josh is into formula 1, tennis, football and Aussie rules - he played in a social team in London).

Music, Movies, and Books

Both love all types of movies, mostly action and comedy. We both love stuff like anchorman! Bit ashamed to say Emma likes cheesy pop (but will keep it to herself on her iPod!) and josh likes anything on the indie and rock side.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Em - diving with turtles and sharks in Thailand and lived in Costa Rica. Josh - kayaked the amazon and climbed Machu picchu
