I am:
Someone with horrible coordinative skills, who spends an unhealthy amount on traveling, watching terrible tv-shows, reading books about the human brain, listening to music, learning foreign languages and making the same mistakes (over and over again).

I like/love:
All of the abovementioned as well as meeting (new) people, English humour, learning/experiencing new things, getting to know the world, true friendship and a good night's sleep.

Loyal, outgoing and slightly neurotic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I sleep on couches and attend meetings.

I have never hosted someone from CS nor have I ever slept on the couch of a CS member, but after attending a CS event in Barcelona I was hooked to the concept. I love meeting people from all over the world as well as showing people the world I live in. Unfortunately I won't be able to host right now but I would happily show you all my beautiful city has to offer :).

Movies: Mostly foreign and arthouse movies but I also love watching documentaries about pretty much anything.

Music: Like all sorts of music, depending on the mood I'm in.

Books: I have too many.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I can teach my hosts/guests:
1) How to ride a bike (and for the more advanced cyclists: how to hold an umbrella whilst cycling in the rain).
2) That not everyone in Holland wears wooden shoes and/or lives in a windmill.
3) How to see the world (and your city) through my eyes.
