CURRENT MISSION

We have spent some time travelling and volunteering around south- & central America and will now end it with a little roadtrip in California. We really enjoy engaging with local people and exchanging stories.

Our names are Matt and Emma and we normally live and work in Stockholm, Sweden. Matt is from England and is 32 years old. Emma is Swedish and 26 years old.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are travelling and doing some volunteer work around south america at the moment, also looking to meet new people in host towns and cities through couch surfing.
So we haven't hosted yet, but will when we get back to Sweden.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much experience, we have been part of a volunteer project, called 'workaway' and have plenty of good references from that to show that we are open, fun loving people who are not going to ruin your couch!

Interests

We love travelling, cooking and eating good food, playing music together and to have a laugh. Matt also has a big passion for football. Emma has a passion for arts & crafts and fashion.

Music, Movies, and Books

Frequent attenders of the Stockholm Film Festival, which celebrates new and up and coming directors. We enjoy a wide variety of film from Spike Jones to Almodovar!
Music is what makes us tick. We really enjoy getting to know music from each country we visit. Right now in Brazil, its all about Tropicalia and Novos Baianos!
