In Budapest I study history and media/communication. I will finish it next February and after that I want to be a journalist. I like travelling, dancing and singing so much and I would like to get to know different cities and different cultures. And always look on the bright side of life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is my first time in the States and I would like to meet with interesting people and get to know cities as a local see them.
Because this is my first experience as a couchsurfer I've never had a chance to give shelter to anybody but after I will go home probably I can offer accommodation to other people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time on CouchSurfing. I am staying in the USA and I work as a support stuff in Timber Lake West Camp about 2,5 hours from New York. After work time I will have about 3-4 weeks for travelling. That's why I am looking for couch in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and finally New York.

Interests

I like dancing, having a party and smiling a lot. I can play piano and when I was a little girl I always wanted to be a vocalist. Because of this my hobby is singing. At home I'm a member of the university's musical group. I also like dancing especially the salsa which I used to practice it for more than 2 years.
As I mentioned it before I study history at the university and therefore I like museums and other historical reminiscences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a really interesting and amazing story in my life. It happened 2 years ago when me and my boyfriend went to Visegrad, which is a famous city in Hungary. There takes place every year a Knight's tournament. You can read more from this in http://www.visegrad.hu/lovagi-torna-1. Me and my boyfriend just were a spectator and there were almost a thousand people in the auditorium. After the performance the knight have to chose the most beautiful girl from the spectators. I was just sitting there and we were talking each other when suddenly the knight pointed out me. I was really surprised and of course proud. the asked me to go to the stage and i got a crown which was made from not a real flower so I could keep it. Then i was kidnapped so the battle was broken up for me. Fortunately they made me free and my boyfriend was proud of me and it was unbelievable.
I would like to participate similar events, because it was unforgettable story in my life.
