ABOUT ME

I started my life as a child. Then I grew up. The last years my life changed. I began a new occupation. The whole day sitting in front of a computer is not my thing. I practise shiatsu massage, energetic work and I spent a lot of time with dancing. I like being in nature just watching the clouds and doing long walking-tours. I am running and doing yoga to feel good. I don't like drugs.
I spent about half a year in the last 5 years in Andalucia/Spain. In the next months I will go to Spain for 3, 6 or more months at a stretch.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can take you to nice places and to interesting dance clubs if you are interested in 5rhythms, soulmotion or CI.
For me it is interesting to see how people from other countrys feel about the city where I live for a long time. I learn to put into perspective.
I am looking for couches in Spain. I will go for a journey along the spanish coast of the mediterranean this late summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I practice energetic healing. My consciousness growths in the last years and now I am able to work with people and to give something which I received and learned from my teachers. These teachers were sometimes normal people, maybe a friend or a colleague at work. Something openens my heart and now I feel so much power and light that my life changens. I want to go in contact with other people and I think that I get the resonance that is good for my development. Meditation, conscious dance, shiatsu, energetic healing, being in nature, working with the horses - it's all part of my personal growth.
