My name is Eric. I’m 25 and I’m originally from Seattle but have lived in the Bay Area for the past 7 years of which 4 of these were getting busy attending Santa Clara University. There I graduated with a major in Finance and Economics before taking a role with a large tech company in the area doing financial analysis related activities. Wow, it’s tough to believe that was 3 years ago. Time flies when you’re having fun?

I recently hiked 10 days of the PCT with a friend who completed the entire thing, losing my car in the process and summiting Mt. Whitney in the process at 14,500 feet. I’ve been skydiving and I recently ventured down to the small border Mexican town of Tecate to build a community center for the kids of the surrounding area. In my spare time you can typically find me playing pick-up basketball, or involved in classes/workshops in the area. Recent ones have been Guitar and Improv! Although I’ve really been lucky enough to see other parts of the world and many cities in our beautiful country, I would have to say Yosemite is still my favorite place, hands down. Hiking the John Muir Trail has been on my bucket list and all things being equal I will be able to cross it off this fall!
