My current mission is flavours. I love discovering flavours, creating flavours, finding out responses to flavours. In this search of new flavours, I go on travelling.
I like thinking that we are all pieces of a destiny puzzle, in which we meet people who help us reach our final destination. Every encounter is unique.
Spontaneity, casual encounters, random places, spontaneous people make life less heavy. I search for spontaneous laughs, talks, confessions, stories. Randomly organized. if possible.:P
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Couchsurfing is one of the most amazing ways of traveling. Traveling is not only about the places. But also about the people. My mom always used to ask where are the people in the pictures, when she sees a photo of just a landscape, or of a famous building. She says that pictures without people don't have heart, don't have stories, so she doesn't like them. And neither do I. Memories are attached to people. And places to people.
Once I helped show a friend's friend around my hometown, Brasilia. I was surprised how many new things I learned about it doing that. It made me re-connect and feel for the city where I had grown up and lived my whole life. While we were walking, I kept thinking about untold stories of places, contemplating on how I feel differently about the same places at different times of the year and how things had changed from the time you were a kid until now..
I love food. I love learning how food can make people feel or remember feelings. And I do love cities and thinking about how cities define and are defined by people.

Teach, Learn, Share
I learned from personal experience that everything passes. Life is too short to hold on to the past or to the unlived future. Life is now.
