Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I love what the site is all about and believe deeply in the idea of community. I will be traveling to Europe this summer and will have my first Couchsurfing experiences. I hope to be able to host travelers here in the states as well when I return.

The National, Sufjan's Stevens, Modest Mouse, Death Cab, Twin Shadow, Jose Gonzalez, The Avett Brothers, Iron and Wine, Bon Iver, Brand New, Manchester Orchestra, Frightened Rabbit, Kendrick Lamar, and many more.

A few of my favorite movies are The Shawshank Redemption, Good Will Hunting, and The Sandlot. I'm a fan of Wes Anderson and the Coen brothers.

My favorite novel is The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky. I read all the time so a list here would be insufficient. I love classic literature in all forms.
