CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to FINALLY FINISH SCHOOL so I can be a travel journalist!!!

ABOUT ME

I was born in Germany, moved to alaska, the netherlands, Japan, Korea, Texas and now Washington. I am still in college because I travel all the time and have moved many times. I really love Washington and can see myself staying here for at least until I finish school (about a year and a half). I am working toward getting my bachelors in Journalism and education so that hopefully one day I will teach overseas and write travel books while I am in those undisclosed locations. I am extroverted to an extent but I don't really like to drink very much though I will go out and hang out while other people do. I like to listen to music and go to concerts. I love anything cheesey and geektastic, even touristy things are fun to me. Long drives next to the ocean or in the mountains are always fun...

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life the way I want to and try as hard as I can to make those around me happy aswell. I don't believe life should be stressful or all about work and I don't need everyone's acceptance. I do not tolerate ignorance in the form of prejudice or racism and I try to stay around positive energy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have much experience yet, but when I was younger my family did host an exchange student from Chile once and another girl from Norway. In my teen/adultish years I have traveled all over Europe, Asia, Australia, Northern Africa, South America and North America. I love traveling, it runs in my blood and will always be at the core of my existance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done so many amazing things in my lifetime that I can not choose only one so I will have to list the first ones that come to mind, seeing Ankur Wat, visitng the great pyramids in Giza, Machu Pichu in Peru, the Taj Mahal in India, when I was very young my family and I helped to knock down the Berlin Wall. There are so many more wonderful things I have experienced I couldn't possibly remember them all right now those were just the highlights.
