I am a 21 year old norwegian student. I have not travelled that much yet, but now I want to start to explore the world and what it has to offer. I study environmental physics at the norwegian university of life sciences in Ås, Norway.
I am a musician, play guitar and piano, and like to listen to music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore Europe and its cities, their culture and history. Architecture. I would like to get to know Europe. I want to be able to say 'Oh, I've been there' when I watch travel television with my siblings.

Interests

I like to listen to music and do it all the time. At the time I am mostly listening to different kinds of rock. My favourite band is the Beatles, I come back to them almost every day. Other bands that I frequently listen to are the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, the White Stripes, everything by Jack white actually and John Mayer. I also recommend you to listen to the norwegian band Kaizers Orchestra, they're the best.
I play guitar and drums in a band at my university.

I am also a language nerd. I spend a lot of time learning languages. Lately I have focused mostly on italian. I would love to exchange languages with people, and discuss different languages.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you norwegian. The norwegian language. Or discuss many other languages. I am sort of a language nerd, and am currently learning italian, spanish and dutch. I have learned a lot of german before, but forgotten most of it. It would be nice to refresh my german too.
Since I study physics, I can also share my knowledge about the world and how it works on a physical level. For example, did you know that if you fly towards the west, you weigh less than right now on the ground, and if you fly east you weigh more? I know why.
