ABOUT ME

Traveling the world has been my dream since I can remember. Meeting people, seeing history, engulfing myself into local cultures, and overall, finding a story to tell. As a freelance journalist and photographer, I enjoy two things: people and traveling. And yes, I am a people person. All-in-all, I love experiencing life for we only have one here on Earth, and what better way to spend it than by traveling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a freelance journalist who has worked for several news agencies (on a local level), designed professional websites for businesses and individuals, and am interested in any odd-jobs life has to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I currently have no couch surfing experience, but I do look forward to it.

Musica, film e libri

Anything James Bond, traveling related, or historical. I love movies with meaning. I do enjoy comedies, action, and horror films, but I prefer something deeper than large explosions, drinking, and odd make-up. I enjoy listening to progressive rock, oldies, pop, and instrumentals. My favorite books includes The Things They Carried, The Catcher and the Rye, The Lotus Eaters (Tatjana Soli), any Greek mythological story, and In the Time of the Butterflies.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have climbed to the top of an old, abandoned hanger; hiked across the Natural Bridge in Kentucky, United States; swam out to a large sand bar in South Carolina. Have taken a part in the Pro Life March in Washington DC; have toured CNN; crawled through abandoned tunnels underground and came into contact with countless, large spiders (some Wolf Spiders, others Brown Recluse). Still working on this section.
