ABOUT ME

I'm a 29 year old American male from Wisconsin. I've resided in Chicago for the last 6 years. I left the USA and came to Europe 37 days ago. I plan on staying in Holland for maybe another week or two and then off to either London or Berlin (I can't decide!). I might return to Holland in June because a friend is coming to Amsterdam to study then. I've traveled a lot around the USA and I've been to Brazil three times. I have a BBA from the University of Wisconsin and 6 years of profesional sales experience living in Chicago.

PHILOSOPHY

Tis better to remain silent and thought a fool, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt...(it's someone else's quote but it has become my personal philosophy)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wish I would have known of this site in the last 6 years. Living in Chicago, I've always had ample space for couchsurfers. It wasn't until I arrived in Europe that I learned about this 'community'. I understand that couchsurfing.org is not just a site to find a couch to crash. I have a lot to offer. I'm very outgoing, social, and speak a little portuguese, spanish, and I can swear at you in a few other languages if you want me to. I can talk in depth about my traveling experiences, share stories from throughout my life, and show/teach you several tricks with playing cards, coins and even verbal games as well. I'm clean, quiet, and smoke outdoors. Always.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couch surfed before. I'm not so much interested in the couch itself but the experience that envelopes it. Does that even make sense?

Interests

I like all kinds of things. I'm interested in anything interesting. I find most things interesting, therefore, I'm interested often. Interesting, eh? (I know, that was corny)
