COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just became a member today so I'm excited about that! =) This place seems to embody everything I'm passionate about in life and what I feel like I've been searching for the last 10 years. Can't wait to get out there and start meeting people!

Interests

I love the outdoors and definitely anything that involves water (a pool does not count). Enjoy rafting, swimming, boating, camping, fishing, snorkeling, etc. I love to travel and feel in a rut when I have not gone anywhere in awhile. My next adventure will hopefully take me to Australia. I like to meet new people and learn about other cultures. I am passionate about music (love to sing!) and art. I enjoy watching football, eating amazing and exotic foods and having interesting conversations. I enjoy being social and doing activities that involve a group of people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2010, I went to Jamaica for two weeks with a non-profit organization called Superkids!Literacy Project. It was an incredible experience. Their mission is empowering the children and families of Jamaica and the Caribbean through education and health care. We served 5 different schools in the Ocho Rios area. The kids were so warm and loving and they touch your heart like nothing else. I would definitely vouch for this organization if anyone is looking for a great non-profit to get involved with. =)

Teach, Learn, Share

Would love to show anyone who stops through the beautiful landscapes, trails, etc. in the area.

I'd love to learn how to surf. And anything else really. Like trying new things.
